Sim swap: what sim do I need?

Hi,

So im on 02 pay as you go, I want to swap to a nano sim

I want to sim swap using the text service, so can I just get any of the free 02 pay as you go sims to swap to?

then i can keep my number etc

Hello @Aman

If you get a New O2 Pay As You Go Sim Card then you can keep your Number. However you will have to transfer your Contacts if they are stored on the Sim Card your looking to swap.

Keep using the old Sim Card till it loses service. Then insert the New Sim Card and keep rebooting the Phone till it shows service on the new Sim Card.

@amam Hi, also, if it's the SIM size type you are wondering about, the new SIM will be Standard size with cut out for Micro and Nano, so will fit any phone.

Someone told me I needed a 02 "blank sim" which ive found no mention of

So i'll get a new free sim from the 02 store then
