Hi all, i have earned community rewards this month and last but can't get hold of the community managers to check and apply this on my account for me, please can someone help me out.

Hi I was awarded a community reward according to email received 5th February. I replied, confirming my number but heard no more. Have I done something wrong ?

I’ve checked February bill & there’s nothing but the usual charges. I asked O2 customer service & was told there is no such thing as a community reward. Just confused

We haven't had your number before, so were unable to credit your reward to your account. But now that you have sent me your number, we will make sure to credit this to your next bill asap
