Samsung Galaxy J330 Unlatching Code Not Working

Hi All,

The unlatching code I've been sent for my Samsung Galaxy J330 doesn't seem to be working. The email from O2 said the phone will be locked if the code is entered incorrectly 3 times and as I've already entered it twice, I'm relucatant to try it again.

What's the best way to solve this?
