O2 Rewards Amazon Voucher Not Arriving

I converted some of my O2 Rewards to an Amazon Voucher yesterday and elected to receive it by email, but nothing arrived. Seems like this has happened to others in the past. Does anyone know how long it typically takes to be emailed?

I'd expect it to be an automated process so shouldn't take too long to arrive.

Have you checked your spam?

If not, chase it up with customer service on 4445.

Thanks, it came through earlier today. When I called them, they did state that it could take up to 5 days to arrive.
