My sim only deal (100GB month) is due for renewal end of next month. When is the soonest can I switch to 150GB deal without incurring additional charges?

Best way to find out is to go into Myo2 and it will tell you when you can change tariff.

You might find it will allow you now, if so you will see the options in the menu "change tariff"

You can change now @ASud

Your bill will remain the same as the tariff cost is the same for both amounts

You will have to start a new 12 month contract

You need to look at your upgrade options, not a tariff change.
