    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am new to UK and new user of O2 PAYG,&amp;nbsp;£10 big bundle which includes UNLIMITED calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This was my first call to nearby DHL office. The call lasts for 7 minutes and 2 seconds according to the record on my phone. After the call end, a notification pop up window shows my credit is only £25.62 instead of&amp;nbsp;£30.00.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can this be unlimited minutes? I feel I got scammed. This should have been notified to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should I not keep any credit to avoid such charge? Can someone explain it...? I wish to avoid unnecessary charge in the future.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
