finding a number that called me

Hi, I have looked everywhere for o2 Livechat and can't find it so thought i'd try here, I am on o2 PAYG the other day someone called me who I hadn't spoken to before but I would need his number for future use, my battery on my phone went half way through the call and before I could take his number down, when I plugged my phone in and allowed to get some juice in I went to call the guy back, his number wasn't in my call log, I really need to speak to this guy and wondered how I can find his number, it wasn't witheld but it's not there.

Any ideas please?

No way that I can think of to find it.

You could try calling customer service on 4445 but I'm not sure there are a log of incoming calls, sorry.
