    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4186275"&gt;@Seagreen&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your sim will have been disconnected as you need to send a text or make a call at least once every 6 months.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To reactivate it, you need to call o2 on any of these numbers &lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support" id="Guide069"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;and they will do it for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it has been too long out of use you may have to be given a new number but any credit should be reinstated within 24 hours.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't use the phone very often, and it hasn't been topped up for quite a while. &amp;nbsp;When I switched it on today it came up with the message 'SIM card registration failed'. &amp;nbsp;What can I do about it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
