Have 2 PAYG sims with credit. Can I use swapmysim service to put in to 1 sim without losing credit?

Hi

I have an old sim that has £18 credit and also a new sim that has money in it too.

I understand you have the swapmysim service online but will I lose my credit if I do this?

Simple answer is No you cant use this service at all

This service is only for new sims and lost / replaced sims.

You could call O2 and ask if they can transfer the credit from your old sim to the new one.

Choose which number you want to keep and transfer the credit to that SIM as the other one will be disconnected when the credit is transferred.
