How do I access live chat??

I converted my O2 rewards to airtime credit which has now disapeared despite not making any calls, texts and turning off mobile data, i need to speak to someone about this, how do i access the live chat?? or just get in contact with anyone from O2 at all?? There seems to be no way of doing it, even downloaded the app but it sends you back to the main site and then back in a circle.

@NatalieN3 Try 0800 977 7337 first. Use the Lost/Stolen or Fraud option if you have to, to get through.
