Hi,

Is it possible to get a refund on a payg top up? I bought a PAYG SIM with £10 that worked for 3 hours. I added a £20 top up that was never used. Can I get a refund? If so, how? Thank you!

You can't get refunds on Pay and Go credit

A case of, use it or lose it I'm afraid.
