I got a new phone last week and was changing over from Vodaphone to o2 but wanted to keep my old number, so I did the usual get the PAC code and fill in the online form to get it swapped however after a few days it had still not changed over. I tried it a second time and waited again and my number has still not swapped over. has anyone else came across this problem?

Trying to port your number over the holiday period isn't most likely the best time to be doing that. Good luck. Hope you get the port sorted soon.
