go to SETTINGS

scroll down till u get to ABOUT PHONE

click this

at the top you will see, UPDATE, click it

....alternatively go to your pc/lappy and turn it on, wait for it to load.

making sure your phone is on and NOT in lock screen, connect it to ur pc. if KIES doesnt auto load... go to START and select it from there.

on the fron screen when its all loaded (if it doesnt ask for an update for kies) u will see it says: software upto date or it will try to do an update to your handset

****VERY IMPORTANT******

no matter how your phone gets updated, NEVER interupt the update. let it do its stuff and wait UNTIL u r told that the update is finished.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to update your S2 without using a PC or laptop. ICS is not (and never was) available OTA. As you are now behind on updates Kies may not even update you to ICS (depends which GB version you are on, if 2.3.3 theres little chance). Your only option is to use Odin and manually flash your phone with ICS or JB. If you cannot access a PC to do this I suggest a local phone repair shop, they usually charge around £20.00 for the service.
