Pse help! Verifyme id text, is this legit or scam?

I receieved a text from Verifyme id, asking for me to provide i.d and photo. Never heard of this company. Clicked on link and took me to their website. Now I only did so as i had bought a new Samsung phone via their website with a contract taken out with 02. Contacted Samsung who say Verifyme id wouldve been requested by 02 and not them. Weirdly i am already a customer of 02 so i find it odd theyve asked me to provide id etc. The text otherwise says its from Mobile Shop, not 02. Hence my apprehension in providing personal deets. Pse can anyone reassure me if legit or not. The verifyme id text says by not providing additional security info it could hamper delivery but doesnt say what delivery (just seems very little info given). Its just nowhere does it say what its in connection with but does offer my full name. Pse can anyone help. Many thanks!
