For customers who took out an O2 Refresh custom plan before the 17 December 2021, the Airtime and Device Plans remain linked for the duration of the Device Plan, this means you will have to pay off your Device Plan in full if you decide to end your Airtime Plan at any point (but we won’t charge you an Early Termination Charge to exit your Airtime Plan).

Monthly price of your Airtime Plan will increase by £1.80 each April, except Data Only and Smartwatch Plans which will increase by 75p. Out of bundle charges increase by 5% every 1 April.
