Hi Everyone , looking for some advice.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro laptop in 2023 , A few months ago during an update the laptop stopped functioning. I have a lot of personal stuff going on and forgot about the laptop.

28th July I walked into an 02 store asking what could possibly be wrong , they checked out the device and explained it needed returned so the tech guys could have a look and figure out the problem.

A week ago , a refurbished laptop was sent to my home , happy days I thought.

Turning it on I encountered a problem , no wifi showed up only Mobile sim. Unfortunately for me when I returned the faulty laptop I forgot to remove the sim card.

I have been on to customer support 4 times about this issue and I am still no further on , what I was told , was that the sim had been discontinued and I was asked did I cancel it? Answer was No!

Has anyone encountered this before where no wifi networks are showing at all? I cannot get past set up due to this.

Thanks to all who's reading this.

Hi Dave
Thanks for the reply. I don't have the sim number for the laptop its apparently discontinued. I have been waiting weeks now for them to reactivate the sim card but I have been getting fobbed off with ' There's a backlog' I am paying monthly for a device I cannot use and it's highly frustrating .
I don't know where to turn as it takes so long to get through by phone I honestly feel like getting the laptop and stuffing it into the bin!
