Lost phone - how to contact o2

I have lost my phone and need to contact O2 but I literally have no phone. How am I supposed to do this that doesn't involve logging into my O2, because I can't, or phoning them, because I can't, or going into a physical store, because it's closed?

Contact them online using their various social media channels.

If you have a landline phone, I can't remember the number without looking but it'll be on the website.

I don't have a landline and am still waiting for a reply on instagram.
