Factory reset

Ever since I've done a factory reset on my phone everything seems to have gone funny I've just put a new screen protector on my phone and clicking on things it takes ages and half the time I loose things . Games are taking ages to download I don't no what's wrong with my phone any help much appreciated thank you

When did you do the reset?

If you have a lot of data backed up it will be downloading back to the phone and can take a few days to do as it runs in the background.

Last Thursday by mistake I was fiddling about on it and accidentally touched the factory reset

See if it settles down in the next couple of days.

If not, it may need looking at further.
