Perhaps the store locator link url https://www.o2.co.uk/storelocator could be added into the "Guide: Upgrading your O2 phone" text, just below the line that says "You can also find them in store or contact them to talk about your upgrade options.", if I may be so bold as to suggest that minor improvement @Kei-M_O2 ? 😎
