    <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issues! Ordered on 4th Sept, delivery expected 5th Sept, order status not changed and I’m getting daily texts&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;O2: Your recent order has taken us a little longer to process, sorry about that. Your order should be with you tomorrow. Our carrier will text you with updates. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had one of these everyday since 5th Sept!! Customer service has been awful. 3 people have now apparently escalated this and have promised it will be resolved soon..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope you get your order soon!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
