      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5594908"&gt;@QuantumQ&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the order has not been approved, O2 won't have your money.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is held by your bank as a pending transaction and will be returned to you in a few days if the order does not progress.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to ask your bank to return the funds and you can contact O2 sales to see if there is an issue with the order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Call them on 0800 081 0255&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
