However, I suggest that you Google for :-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turn on data on S24&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will get quite a number of good written instructions, including from Samsung itself, and also a number of YouTube videos if you like being shown rather than reading guidance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need more help, please revert to us ; but more of a description of the problem that you are encountering would be useful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My son and daughter have not been able to access mobile data since having their samsung s24s.&amp;nbsp; Your suggestion to add APN details fixed the problem. O2 chat did not suggest this. Such a simple fix has taken so much time.&amp;nbsp; Thanks again&lt;/P&gt;</description>
