      <title>New sim</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, can anyone help please. I have put my new sim in my phone. Its 5G but I think my phone is&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;old and doesn't support this. No real problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone shows no mob number and disconnected with my wifi on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It only shows connected on mobile data but still no phone number shown. I have phoned o2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and they say everything is ok at there end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in anticipation&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4038290"&gt;@positive&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your phone number will not show on the sim when using an Android phone with O2 unless it's the original sim that came with your contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;O2 don't push numbers to replacement sim cards.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
