    <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to exchange my new phone for a different colour. I am within the 14 days&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Do O2 send out the new colour when the order is made or do they only send the new colour once they have received the original?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have made the return order via MyO2 and the delivery date states it arrives on Monday (today is Thursday) Logically I assumed they would only send out the new phone once they received the original.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Also, am I able to use an O2 store to send my phone back rather then posting?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Irrelevant question but, &lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Why isn't it as simple as just exchanging the phone in store?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt; Having to send it of and wait seems such a long process!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can only return instore if you bought from there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you speak to customer service?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes they may do a doorstep exchange for a faulty phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Choice of colour exchange? Worth asking&lt;/P&gt;</description>
