      <description>&lt;P&gt;this is odd i have been using my phone to get into my account and 2 days ago the log in window changed from a digital matrix asking me to enter my 4 digit code no problems worked for years .Now it changed to a log in window asking foe username/password.So i enter but will not let me in says do not match or is not same as our data.Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and have rebooted.Still cannot get in although i have no problem loging in on my laptop using same user name and password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I suspect you have been moved onto the new billing system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The App does seem to be causing problems&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you deleted, did you reboot before downloading the latest version? If so&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Message O2 on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;(Facebook) (&lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CFB" target="_blank"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CFB&lt;/A&gt;)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;X (Twitter) (&lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CTW" target="_blank"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CTW&lt;/A&gt;) or&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Instagram) (&lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CIG" target="_blank"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CIG&lt;/A&gt;)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They should be able to help you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
