What happens if you put your sim in another phone @Chris7572 ?

If it works, your phone is faulty.

If it doesn't, what happens if another sim is put in your phone?

If the other sim works, your sim is faulty.

A new sim can be obtained from your local o2 store - just pop in with some photo ID.

If your phone needs repairing then it might be wise to contact the manufacturer (assuming it is still covered by warranty).
