Got the watch all set up and working remotely as it's the lte version. But can't make calls. They say it's due to working on the mast. Will that be the case. I can send messages and use the Internet OK remotely just frustrated as just come from apple and that's one thing that they are good at

I'm yet to hear of anyone has got this working with O2 on a non-Samsung phone. The mast is a new excuse though, haven't heard them use that before. If you do have a Samsung phone apparently it should work.
