If so, call into an O2 shop for an O2-branded one, the staff will need to see some photo id, and should help get you moved across onto it - see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. i have a galaxy 22 ultra, and i have just been migrated to O2 from Virgin. my question is has anyone been unable to text premiunm numbers with an S22, all the settings on my phone are correct, my sim can send messages to premium numbers from my old samsung s10, i have tried everything with O2 support to get this sorted out, and nothing works, looking for any possible help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
