I am at a loss. For the last few months I have been receiving the same message twenty times or more while also not getting others. I went into an O2 store and they told me it was a network issue and is being sorted out. There doesn't appear to be a way of contacting O2 directly so I thought I try here. However, there is no sign of it improving at my end. Does anyone have the same problem? My phone is Nokia G10.

Thanks for any advice.
