    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all I’ve had my Samsung phone for 14 months already been repaired once, well a re-furnished one was sent, it’s back in for repair again, the signal is terrible, people can not here me, people call and it does not ring it’s shocking you pay good money for a flagship 5g phone and I’m getting no service, I’ve been with o2 14 years and never had these issues is it the phone? &amp;nbsp;I was called to say try keeping it on 4g I’m paying for 5g&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
