      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hiya...my bill is up to date but i cant make any calls its say emergancy calls only.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried turning my phone off and on again. I have also removed my sim and put it back in again still nothing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
