Hi, how do I enable wifi dialling on my Huawei p20 pro? I was previously on Three network and it worked on that. I've looked on My O2 app and see that my device is compatible, but I don't know how to enable it. My phone manual doesn't tell me how to enable it - it was automatic on Three network.

Just to check @CCarmichael , you are a pay monthly customer as this is not available on pay as you go?

First you need to get customer services to turn it on in your account (you can't do this yourself).
You can either call them on 202 or try messaging on social media - on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Next you need to turn it on in My o2.

Finally reboot your phone and you should see the option to turn it on in the phone settings.

Just to add to the useful info @gmarkj has given you. Once o2 have turned it on for you, then you need to enable it in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
