Need help with my MCK code!

Hoping someone can help. Done some digging and have saw people get results with this.

Been trying to unlock my old Galaxy S9+ which I bought a few years ago. Went through the process of getting my unlock code however it hasn't worked and now the phone has "frozen" and is asking for the MCK code.

Spoke to a rep on the chat and haven't gotten any help. Hoping I'll have more luck here.

Any help is much appreciated.
