Hi.

In January this year I bought a Samsung Galaxy s20 Note Ultra 5G from O2. Yesterday the screen stopped working, the phone is working normally but the screen is black, i tried everything. I had no problems with this phone before. Its very important phone for me.

The phone is in perfect condition it has never dropped and has never been wet. The battery was full so it is definitely not the fault of the battery. I have no idea what is the reason the phone is like new. I haven't done any updates. The phone was lying, when someone called me and I wanted to answer there was only a sound, the screen was black. I had a lot of important passwords, numbers and other things I need on a daily basis on my phone.
I tried a few times to press the power button and the volume down button together keep them pressed for 20 seconds, the phone turns on but the screen is black. I need to book repair of this phone. Can You help me ?
