Galaxy note 20 ultra SM-N985F/DS

Given a new phone (birthday present) using it on an O2 sim only deal. I cant get it to update any settings past July 2020 and yes I am pretty computer literate. Tried smart switch, software update etc any help would be appreciated !!

I've already looked into this, but without knowing the the right PDA I risk bricking what is a brilliant phone

The PDA will show when you dial *#1234# or in the about phone details

The app Phone info will also show this. this is the original PDA- N985FXXU1ATGI but which would be the most resent version of that PDA?

would it be worth changing the CSC to a UK one or OXM first first?

It would make your phone more suitable for use in UK but obviously this is at your own risk.
