      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why is it so darned difficult to gain access to a 'Human Being'&amp;nbsp; I am on the point of cancelling my contract&amp;nbsp; of 11 days because I can't find a darn thing on the phone, nor can I get hold of a human being to speak to about the issues.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.o2.co.uk/html/@23F19F218376275716F08203FBBFFC7C/images/smilies/031.png" alt="disappointed" title="disappointed" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
