Did you get the phone direct from O2? It might be worth booking an appointment to see one of our Gurus in-store who will be happy to perform a health check on your phone.       <description>Hi, i have had an s20 ultra for a few months with no issues till now. When i plug my headphones in i get "charging connected device via usb" notification and my fast charge no longer works. I've tried cleaning the port but still no luck. I did have a moisture in usb message a while back could that have corroded the contacts on the port in anyway?</description>
