MCK code to unfreeze S8

Hi, I'm trying to sort out and old S8 for my mother in law to use. Although the phone is an old contract phone, which from memory tendwe to be unlocked. The phone is locked to o2 and she's on a different network but doesn't want to switch. I've got the NCK code but the phone is asking for sim network PUK code aka MCK code. Is anyone able to help with this?

Hi,I have given my daughter my old o2 Samsung galaxy s9 phone but when we have put in a sim from a different provider it is now asking for a MCK code,could anyone on here help with this please x
