I’m looking to get a smart watch for my husband, I think it’s the htc phone he has. Which one is better to get?

As the shops are open tomorrow you would be better going instore and explaining exactly what you want to do. Normally any watch, unless it's bought outright, would be linked to your account and phone number. The store staff would suggest a workaround and offer the best watch deal.
