Hi,

How do I set my phone to give the engaged tone when someone rings and I'm already on a call? Currently it will just ring out and people think I am ignoring them. I don't want voicemail. I have set 1710 but this only gives a msg for missed call if phone is off or out of signal. The phone is a Galaxy S9.

Thanks,
