Another LG G7 unlatching issue

Like many others here I`m having problems unlocking the G7 to use with a diffrent sim. Filled out and received the code for unlatching but instructions provided are incorrect as the phone say NOT Personalised with the service unlock code. Network Unlock is the only option to enter the code but the given code doesnt work.

Have had an email saying O2 have to contact LG but its been days and heard nothing

@Cartman2k312 O2 haven't locked phones since June 2018. Your phone shouldn't be locked. Have you tried a sim from a different network?

@Cartman2k312 Okay then it's definitely locked. I can only suggest you try chasing it up with customer service, which isn't easy these days. I will also tag our community managers to see if they can help move this along. @TheresaV, @LukasB can you assist?
