yesterday I bought this t
ele phone card ,I signed in my account and downloaded my o2 app successfully. but i can not use the internet data to explore.i just think it cost me 15 pounds but it can not give me15Gb

Is your phone unlocked to any network?

Do you have a phone signal showing?

Have you tried resetting your network settings or tet the word "active" to 2020 and save the settings that get sent back, then reboot the phone.

I bought my telephone card in WHSmith and my card is referring to 15 pounds can get 15GB (pay and go)
