My 2 month old Honor 20 lite has a headphone jack problem. It won't play through my Skull Candy or JVC Gummy headphones but will play through my old Samsung headphones and my sons Skull Candy headphones. All the connectors are the same but playback through the headphones is inconsistent. Above know if this is a software issue or is my new phone broken?
