      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2957599"&gt;@Aichah&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to clear out the apps you don't use, or stop them running constantly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Clear cache and cookies from the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also try turning it off at night if you can.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edited to add, you may need to get a new battery fitted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
