Faulty Huawei PSmart 2019

I'm not sure if I've posted this on the right board but my Huawei P Smart 2019 has suddenly got a black screen. I haven't dropped it of anything, it just suddenly went black. It is still on as I can hear it vibrate when I get a message but I can;t see anything.

Just before it went black the screen got lines on it and started flickering and I couldn't close anything down. I have tried to reset it and put it on charge but nothing is working.

Can anyone help please?

Have you tried to hard reset the Huawei?

Hi there @Jen34 , how did it go in the end with your Huawei phone? I was sorry to read it had stopped working. 😞 Hopefully you got everything sorted ok in the end, was the above info of any help to you?
