Thanks @pgn - good links, though I'd suggest paying close attention to the first link since it's the official update from Huawei. It's also worth noting what Huawei have said at the buttom of the post:

"If you owns a carrier-locked phone, the upgrade of your device will be available at a later time by the carrier. Please kindly wait."

So while we can't provide any ETA yet (we need to wait for the vendor to send us the software for testing - until which time, there's not much we can do), I would stress that as soon as Huawei have sent us the software for testing, we'll look to test this and turn it around as quickly as we're able to - and that as with most 'open market' updates, network specific updates might arrive a little later than the open market ones.

I chat today with Huawei and they said, that the software is out now, but my network provider/O2 have to push it to our devices. I'm talking about P20 pro model. When O2 will start sending this update to us?
