https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Android/S8-USB-problems/m-p/1368232#M75731 <P>Hi everyone <span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:">🙂</span><BR />I've an S8 running android 9, and have recently had a problem with the USB connection.<BR /><BR />The phone will charge via USB (although I usually use wireless), and it will also connect to my PC to transfer files (opens in file explorer once I connect the USB lead).<BR /><BR />I have a few devices that I connect to my phone, such as my gear VR headset, and a laser which is controlled via an app. Both of these are not functioning.<BR />When I connect the phone to the gear VR, the phone isn't recognised (the app won't launch as it used to do), and the laser app won't recognise that the laser is connected to the phone.
