    <description>If you have followed the good advice above to make sure your device is up to date and WiFi calling is enabled on your account -&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't have a A51 in the house but do have half a dozen Samsung's going back to a Xcover 4s. Make sure WiFi preferred is enabled over mobile network preferred. All my Samsung's have this option. Without it, it shall constantly latch onto half a bar of cell signal.&lt;BR /&gt;Quick test, stick it into plane mode and re enable WiFi manually, same issue?</description>

      <description>Evening people.&lt;BR /&gt;Would really like to understand why we do calling icon at top of screen keeps dropping out every minute, as I am at home in WiFi which I believe is OK. I got this wi fi calling phone Samsung A51, a month ago. to benefit a poor signal area. It seems ineffective.&lt;BR /&gt;Thoughts please or any advice appreciated?&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers</description>
