topic S5e in Android

I bought a galaxy tab s5e refurb on 16th may. When it came there is a noticable really annoying piece of dirt under the screen and the screen is not mounted flush in the bezel, on side is lower than the other. I've tried ringing 02 over the last month with no success. Now it is over 28 days and I don't know my rights. If I had repaired merchandise in this sloppy manner when I worked in electronics I'd have been sacked. Thanks

Thanks for that, I'll try a couple of numbers. Failing that I'll take it to an 02 store, then they can see for themselves.
