This cannot help me solve my issues I need to speak to someone

I have added a pay as you go to my account for my husband when we activated it it put all my contacts from my phone onto his surely this isn't correct????? I would like to speak to someone who can advise me but this seems impossible.!!!!!!!!!!!

How can I change this so that both myself and my husband can have separate email accounts? Surely if I change it on my account to a new address wouldn't lose all my contacts.

As both mine and my husbands on on my account it seems that we need 2 email address but obviously my account is set up with mine only???????

If you are using Android phones, then logging in with the same email address will cause the contacts to show on both phones.
If you log out on the phone you want to change, then use the second email address to log in it should bring in those contacts.
Could it be that you share many of the same contacts?
